Hundapoteket's Carrot Pellets consist of 100% food-grade dried carrots, grown in the nutrient-rich soils of northern Germany. Immediately after harvest, the carrots undergo a gentle drying process that encapsulates the nutrients and preserves their natural content of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and carotene. No additives, no fillers - just pure carrot in pelleted form.

Carrot pellets are an easy way to enrich your dog's diet with beneficial fibers that support digestion, while also providing natural energy and important micronutrients. They work excellently with homemade food, raw food, and dry food and can increase both the volume and fiber content of the meal. Many dog owners also report improved pigmentation over time thanks to the pellets' high carotene content.

The pellets are highly concentrated and should be soaked before use. A small amount goes a long way - 1 tablespoon of pellets yields approximately 2 dl of soaked carrot, which often covers two meals for a large dog.

Carrot pellets enrich all types of diets and are suitable for all dogs regardless of age.

Dosage (dry pellets)

• XS-dog: ½ tsp
• S-dog: ½–1 tsp
• M-dog: 1 tsp – 1 tbsp
• L-dog: 1–2 tbsp
• XL-dog: 2 tbsp+

Soaking:
1 tbsp pellets mixed with approximately 1½-2½ dl lukewarm water. Let soak for at least 10 minutes. Adjust the amount of water to desired consistency.

Leftover soaked mixture can be stored in the refrigerator with a tightly fitting lid.

Carrot pellets swell significantly - therefore, never give them dry. Store the bag in a dark and cool place to preserve its nutritional profile. The pellets are nutritious but should be seen as a supplement in a varied diet. In case of recurring digestive problems, the dog's entire diet should be reviewed. The product has no medicinal effects.
