Subscription Frequency: The frequency with which you receive an item depends on the individual item you subscribe to. Details regarding the delivery frequency are provided on the respective product pages.

Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time without additional cost. However, to avoid the next scheduled delivery, we require you to cancel your subscription at least 14 days before the planned items are due to be shipped. Cancellations made after this time will not prevent the next scheduled delivery, but no further deliveries will occur thereafter.

Changes to Subscription: If you wish to make changes to your subscription, such as changing the delivery address or modifying the delivery frequency, please contact us via email. Please note that all changes should be made at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery.

Payment: Payment for the subscription service will be automatically deducted from the payment method you provided at the start of the subscription, according to the frequency specified for the subscribed product.

Right of Withdrawal: As a subscriber, you have the same right of withdrawal and return options as for other purchases, in accordance with our refund policy.
